Registration and Payment Information

After completing the registration, an invoice will then be issued without delay and sent to the email address provided by the participant during registration.

Payment will be made by bank transfer to the IS CAS account. All necessary payment details will be stated on the invoice.

If an accompanying person participates in the conference dinner and excursion, the additional fee will be paid by the participant on site during registration.

Alternatively, it is possible to issue a separate invoice in the participant’s name for the accompanying person.

Cancellation policy – we will refund 100 % up to one month before the start of the event; for cancellations less than one month before the event, we will retain an administrative fee of EUR 50; for cancellations three days before the event, we will retain the entire fee.
